Success Story: Flexcube UBS at Allianz Bank

Starting in October 2006 and gone live in Oct. 2007 Sirma Business Consulting (SBC) has implemented Flexcube UBS in Allianz bank as part of a larger project for bank’s restructuring, business process re-engineering and modernization. SBC was the chief system integrator and implementer of Allianz’s new core banking, ERP and satellite systems as follows:

Signature VerificationThe project ANI was not limited to system integration and implementation of new IT solutions but intended at restructuring and optimization of the bank business processes. The new IT systems helped Alianz to meet the challenges of managing higher volumes, intense competition, reduced marginsand increased customer expectations effectively.
