We believe that our personnel is our key corporate asset. We invest in human resources to maximize company’s growth potential. Our specialists have proven technical and communication skills working in large-scale and mission-critical projects. Sirma Solutions has gathered a great team of software professionals committed to the highest quality standards in software development and to continual enhancement of their knowledge and skills. On average our software engineers have stayed with the company for more than 6 years and have over 8 years of IT experience. 90% of our technical staff hold masters degrees in IT, 8 % hold bachelor's degrees and we have several PhDs as well.

Training and knowledge transfer

We are committed to ongoing staff training and development. Sirma Solutions has well established training, certification and career development program. We encourage each staff member to learn new things, expand his skills and expertese. Our senior professionals provide in-house training for younger team members. The continuous on the job training process enables our staff to be on the cutting edge of the IT-industry all the time. Many of our specialists have Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, HP and many other certificates. Over 90 % of our staff is fluent in English.

Cooperation with Universities

Sirma Solutions maintains close relationships with many Bulgarian universities. To support Bulgarian education, the company develops free of charge trainings and educational products, provides internships to students and lecturers in Bulgarian universities, supports the innovative ideas of young people.
